Clinical Research Foundation

Sport and Spine Research is at the forefront of research to provide the best evidence and the best treatments for our patients. We collect data internally through our medical health records and identify by condition which treatment interventions lead to the best outcomes. Externally, we partner with product companies to run and manage their studies, testing patient outcomes and providing marketable recommendations.

The Sport and Spine Clinical Research Foundation is non-profit research foundation that investigates our current treatment strategies and products to ensure we are providing the best care to our community. The Clinical Research Foundation’s primary focus is outcome-based research, which keeps the patient’s well-being at the forefront of our studies.

We stay at the top of our field by constantly vetting our methods and partnerships through non-biased assessment of therapeutic tools. Our patient and community network across six clinics in the Washington D.C. area allows for the most authentic conditions possible to provide a real clinical population of subjects.

All of our findings are validated by our Institutional Review Board which is recognized by the U. S. Department of Health and Human Services and consists of seven distinguished board members.

  • Continuous improvement of patient care through research.
  • Each year, hundreds of patients participate in our clinical trials which allows us to provide the latest evidence-based care.
  • We partner with local groups like George Mason University to provide excellent research to every part of our community.
